About Us

STEP Foundation (Skilling, Training & Employability for Prosperity) is a systems-oriented skilling think tank incubated within the TCF portfolio, established to address structural gaps in India’s skilling and employability ecosystem.

We focus on strengthening the underlying systems that enable effective workforce development by advancing integrated data architectures, building institutional capacity, influencing policy, and mobilising capital.

By working closely with governments, industry, training institutions, and ecosystem partners, STEP Foundation seeks to improve demand–supply alignment in the labour market and enable clearer pathways to quality jobs.
